Easy to install. Easy to maintain.

The GraniteLoc System makes installation easy with pre-measured pieces and countertops in standard depths. Other conveniences include:

  • Cook top cutouts and faucet holes are pre-cut, reducing dust at the job site and making installation fast and easy.
  • Under mount sink cutouts are steel reinforced for added strength and durability.
  • Lighter weight pieces are easier to handle than slab, making it great for remodeling.
  • Metal reinforcements can be incorporated into overhangs during the casting process, eliminating the need for this step during installation.

Sizes:

  • Countertops are cast in a wide range of sizes with a standard depth of 25 1/2".
  • Standard edge height is 1 1/2", but can go up to 3".
  • Thickness of tops ranges from 5/8" to 3/4".
  • Pieces as large as 100" x 60" are available.

Maintenance:

Our natural stone tiles are sealed during the manufacturing process and upon installation, making the GraniteLoc System virtually maintenance-free. We do recommend, however, that the tiles be resealed yearly to resist staining.

Installation Requirements:

  • No support surfaces needed when installing the GraniteLoc System.
  • For best results, we recommend support for overhangs greater than 6".
  • The GraniteLoc System must be installed by installers that are by Granite Division, Inc. to validate the GraniteLoc 10 Year Warranty (see warranty information)
