WHAT IS COVERED:
The GraniteLoc System comes with a ten-year limited warranty on material, fabrication, and seams. Any fabrication issue, not related to the natural characteristics of the stone, is covered. Warranty repairs include material and labor.
The GraniteLoc System has a two year limited warranty on installation.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Granite is a natural product and carries no warranties for its natural characteristics. These characteristics are, but not limited to veining, color variations, water lines, stress fissures, pitting, resin fills (necessary on many ornamental stones) and surface marks.
Warranties do not cover abuse, chemical or physical as well as conditions beyond our control such as foundation settling, flooding, fire and other acts of nature.
Granite Division, Inc. (GDI) retains the right to repair or replace only the piece in question.
No implied or expressed warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose is covered by this warranty except as expressly stated therein. GDI shall not be liable for any loss or direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of any of our natural stone products.
Your GDI warranty requires the purchaser to follow our Care and Cleaning Guidelines as published in our Care and Maintenance Booklet or found on the Granite Division, Inc. website.
Warranty Registration
- To validate your Granite Division, Inc. warranty you must register your product with GDI within 60 days of installation.
- Please fill out the warranty registration information on page 10. This is your copy and should remain in your Customer Care Booklet.
- Please fill out the Warranty Registration Form on page 11 of this booklet and either mail or fax it to Granite Division, Inc.
